Q: What is VIP?
A:
VIP is a service where players have access to special tournaments that are held at the end of every month. These tournaments have special Alternate Art (AAs) reward cards that can only be won by playing and winning in the tournament.

Q: Can the VIP program change or be cancelled?
A:
Because this is an online game and some exploits may arise, change may need to come. However, these decisions won’t be made lightly, we will always ensure the community is made well aware in advance where possible, and we will always do right by our players.

Q: Who gets the sleeve? Will the VIP sleeve reward rotate?
A:
The VIP sleeve is available to players who have purchased at least 12 months of the previous VIP subscription or will purchase the 1 year option. Each year there will be a different VIP sleeve and these new sleeves will appear every July.

Q: If I buy the 1 year option for VIP, when will I get my VIP sleeve?
A:
You will get the VIP sleeve shortly after a successful purchase of the 1-year option.

Q: Can I purchase multiple VIP subscriptions on an account?
A:
You can only have one active VIP subscription on your account.

Q: What if I already have a VIP subscription, will I be able to buy into the new VIP program?
A:
No, if you’ve already purchased a VIP subscription, you are already a VIP member.

Q: What will happen to my previous VIP subscription?
A:
We will reward you with the rest of your VIP entry tickets after the re-launch of the new VIP program and you will continue getting your weekly booster pack.

Q: If I had a previous VIP subscription, when will I be able to subscribe again?
A:
You will be able to re-subscribe into the VIP program once your previous VIP subscription has lapsed.

Q: Will I get an in-game mail letting me know when a sleeve, pack, or VIP tickets have been inserted into my account?
A:
Yes, you will get an in-game mail letting you know when an item has been inserted into your account. In the chance the mail system does not work, the item will still be inserted into your account with no in-game mail.

Q: Will the VIP tickets expire?
A:
No, VIP tickets will no longer be set to expire. This allows you to choose when you want to participate.

Q: Are VIP tickets going to be tradable?
A:
No, VIP tickets will be bound to your account.

Q: If I have multiple accounts, can I have VIP on each account?
A:
If your multiple accounts are following the Terms of Service, then yes.

Q: Can I create multiple accounts for the VIP program?
A:
As much as we’re appreciative of you wanting to show your support of HEX, we cannot allow the creation of multiple accounts unless they follow the Terms of Service in regards to Kickstarter codes being applied to an account.

Q: If I purchase a month, do I have to wait till next month to purchase more VIP subscription time?
A:
Yes, you will need to wait until your VIP subscription expires before purchasing more VIP time.

Q: Will the VIP program automatically re-subscribe? Or do I need to do that manually?
A:
At the end of your VIP period, your VIP subscription will automatically renew with the same duration. If you want to cancel your subscription you can do this from the store screen (in the game, under the store screen, click buy platinum and then click VIP, you can then cancel it). If you were previously a VIP subscriber, you will need to manually join the new VIP subscription service, then the service will automatically re-subscribe for you when your VIP lapses for the same period of time you’ve purchased.

Q: Where do I see how much time I have left for my VIP status?
A:
There will be an item in your account that will show you when your VIP status expires.

Q: What is the maximum length of VIP time I can purchase?
A:
The one year option is the longest you can purchase on any given account. Keep in mind, if you purchase a 3 month option, you will need to wait 3 months until your subscription renews.

Q: Can I upgrade to a longer period of time if I’ve already purchased a month/3 month?
A:
No, if you purchase a period of time that is less than a year you will need to wait until that time lapses before your subscription renews or you can change the VIP duration.

Q: Will my old VIP status automatically renew once it has lapsed?
A:
No, if you still have a VIP status from the previous VIP program, then you will need to wait until your VIP status lapses before you can purchase from the new VIP program.

Q: When do I receive my VIP tickets?
A:
VIP tickets will enter your account when you purchase the VIP subscription. How many tickets you get will depend on the length of time you choose. If you choose a year, you will get all twelve tickets right away. Please note that these tickets will not expire.

Q: When do I receive my weekly booster pack?
A:
Your first booster pack will appear in your account shortly after a successful purchase of the VIP program. Booster packs will be inserted into your account every week on the day you purchased thereafter.

Q: Which booster set pack will I get in the VIP?
A:
You will get the booster pack for whichever set is the most recent one. (E.g. you will get Armies of Myth booster packs until the next set launches.)
